Our Brand Identity services are for creating the core, foundational visual system of your business—your logo, color palette, and brand guidelines. These Graphic Design services are for creating the individual, ongoing marketing materials (like flyers, brochures, and social media graphics) that use your existing brand identity.

What if I need something that isn't listed in your packages or a la carte menu?

Do you handle printing?
We don’t directly handle the printing, but we do offer a Print Coordination add-on service. This means we’ll prepare all your files for your preferred printing vendor and communicate with them to ensure the final product looks exactly as intended.
What file formats will I receive?
You will receive all necessary file formats, including high-resolution print-ready files (typically PDF, AI, or EPS) and web-optimized files (like JPEG, PNG, or SVG) for digital use.
What is the revision process like?
Each of our packages includes a set number of revision rounds. We’ll present a concept, you’ll provide feedback, and we’ll refine the design. Any revisions beyond the included rounds are available as an add-on service.
How do you determine your pricing?
Our package prices are based on the scope of work, the number of deliverables, and the estimated time required to complete the project. A la carte services are priced on a per-item or hourly basis, providing flexibility for smaller projects.
What if I don't like the design?

Do you use stock photos and elements?
We use high-quality stock photography and design elements as needed. These are properly licensed for commercial use to ensure there are no legal issues. For a truly unique look, we recommend our Photography add-on service to capture custom images.
I already have a logo. Can you just do the design work?
Absolutely. If you have an established brand identity, we’ll work within your existing guidelines to create new print, digital, or product designs that are consistent and professional.
